Rajan Desai
- President and
CEO
Since 1991, Mr. Desai has been CEO and President of Real Soft Inc.,
Mr. Desai brings with him over fifteen years of business and cutting-edge
technology experience and expertise in services that encompasses
the full technological development life cycle. From 1987 to 1997,
Mr. Desai has held positions with major financial and telecommunication
institutions including AT&T, Lehman Brothers, Paine Webber,
and Citibank –Qurton, focusing on the technological developments.
Under Mr. Desai’s leadership and management, Real Soft Inc.
has grown into a strong $40 Million company with SEI CMM® Level
4 certified Off-Shore Facilities located in Bangalore, India. Mr.
Desai also serves as director to several leading software development
and consultancy firms. He received his Masters in Computer Science
from Texas Tech. University and Masters in Chemical Engineering
from the University of Florida after receiving a Gold Medal in Chemical
Engineering during his Bachelor’s Program at MSU, India.
Ashish Das - Executive
Vice President
Ashish has hands-on background with a wide spectrum of activities
related to IT strategies, operations and fulfillment at large corporations
involving international presence. Ashish received a B.S. (Engineering)
from Jadavpur University, Calcutta, India and an M.S. (Industrial
Management and Engineering) from Indian Institute of Technology,
Kharagpur, India. The range of his customer engagements spanned
reputed large organizations such as General Electric, Fireman’s
Fund Insurance Companies (currently Allianz Insurance), Sunlife
Assurance Company, Fireman’s Fund System Enterprises, Ciba
Geigy, Unit Trust of India, United Bank of India, ABN Amro Bank
and Covansys. Ashish worked with renowned and dynamic corporations
such as Ford, General Motors, Merrill Lynch, Johnson Controls, SWIFT,
QWEST Communications, Johnson & Johnson, AIG, and Guardian Life.
Throughout his career, Ashish has played the leadership role to
manage the onsite and offshore software teams in excess of 250 technologists.
John Campellone –
Executive Vice President
John brings a wealth of experience from a strategic
leadership perspective and has a strong background in multiple disciplines
including human capital, procurement, and management. John’s
most recent successful position was leading a major vendor neutral
service provider organization and prior to joining the industry,
he honorably served our country and is proud to be a retired military
Air Force officer. His expertise and extensive knowledge of crafting
solutions based upon the client’s needs creates a culture
of dedicated customer service and commitment to excellence in delivery.
John has worked with many Global 1000 clients helping them to improve
their processes, technology, and continually creating value-added
services resulting in long-term benefits and strong relationships.
His focus is to strategically grow our business and create unique
solutions to solve tomorrow’s human capital issues now. John
received his Master’s Degree in Contracts and Procurement
from Florida Institute of Technology in Melbourne, Florida and received
his undergraduate degree in Business from McKendree College in Lebanon,
Illinois.
Neil A. Shroff - Partner,
Spark Consulting
Neil Shroff is an accomplished sales management
professional with proven abilities to generate successful results
in today’s dynamic business environment. Mr. Shroff has extensive
sales and marketing expertise that has been refined over the past
15 years. As a strong leader coupled with broad direct sales, investor
relationship management, marketing expertise, and business development
experience skills, Mr. Shroff has delivered a consistent record
of exceeding performance and profit goals and establishing long-
term customer relationships. In his role as Founder and Managing
Partner in charge of Sales and Marketing of Spark Consulting, LLC,
a company focused on technology outsourcing, he has once again successfully
driven the company’s revenues into the millions. Mr. Shroff
was previously the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Savant
Consulting Group, where he was successful in tripling the company’s
revenues and enabling the sale of the company to a private equity
fund. In addition, Mr. Shroff previously held the position of Director
of Sales at Kforce, a multi-billion dollar staffing firm where Mr.
Shroff was the top producer out of over 1000 sales professionals.
Mr. Shroff graduated from the University of Vermont in 1993 and
holds a degree in Business Administration.
S. Sundararajan
- Head of Operations
Sundararajan has been with Real Soft since 2004 taking the responsibility
for the overall direction and leadership of RSI’s offshore
Centers of Excellence. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Asian
Operations and Managing Director in India and UK for the US based
IT Services Company, UBICS. His previous experience includes Stratagium
Technology Pvt. Ltd. (as its CEO), LG Soft (as Director –
Engineering), Equinox (as GM & VP) and Tata Consultancy Services
(as Consultant). He has handled prestigious clients such as IBM,
Sweden and Shell Oil, Houston. His academic qualification includes
a Bachelor of Technology from Indian Institute of Technology, Chennai,
India and dual Master of Engineering degrees (Computer Science and
Boiler Design) from NIT, Tiruchirapalli, India.
Joel A. Jerva - Vice President
Joel Jerva is Vice President of Real Soft, Inc and Diversity-Direct,
the innovative and patent-pending approach to delivering cost savings,
superior talent and flexible staffing options; while helping corporations
to advance their commitments in diversity, social responsibility,
procurement best practices and other meaningful corporate initiatives.
In this role, Joel is responsible for providing customer-focused,
contingent labor and human resource related solutions by utilizing
a highly qualified diversity supplier network. This includes client
strategy development and provisioning, relationship management,
and business development. He also oversees Real Soft's social media
strategy, branding, and marketing initiatives.
Joel brings over 13 years of Human Capital Management experience
to Real Soft, Inc. He has a strong background in Customer Relationship
Management, Strategic Sales, and Management. Before coming to Real
Soft, Mr. Jerva spent 6 years launching and developing the largest
minority-owned Managed Service Provider in the staffing industry.
Joel is well respected in the workforce management solution industry
for his broad range of expertise, practical experience with solution
operations, and his progressive views in regards to supplier diversity,
internal change management, and business development. Joel holds
a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Dayton.
Joel serves on the Board of Directors of several organizations including:
Sarvian International, Abacus Services Corporation, MOFAB Services,
JCS, LLC, and InstiComm.
Shailesh Buch
- Vice President, Global Delivery
With over 27 years of international experience, primarily in technical
management positions, Shailesh joined RSI in 2003 as VP Global delivery
and currently, also oversees the legacy modernization practice.
He provides sales support including proposal generation, and acts
as prime interface between the India practice teams and the global
customers. Shailesh has worked in large, corporations such as Air
India, Mumbai, Gulf Air, Bahrain and Silver line Technologies Inc.
New Jersey. Major responsibilities in these positions included large-scale
project management, business development support- including proposal
writing/estimation and resource management. Shailesh holds a Bachelors
and Masters degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Indian Institute
of Technology (IIT).
