Medical Insurance

RSI offers medical insurance provided by Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield of New Jersey. The plan is a Point of Service (POS) which includes an “in-network“ and “out-of-network“ feature. The medical plan also includes a prescription plan. Employees are required to pay a monthly contribution. Eligibility is the first of the month following one full month of service.

Dental Insurance

RSI offers dental insurance also provided by Horizon Blue Cross/Blue Shield of New Jersey. Employees may visit a dentist of their choice or have the option of utilizing a network of participating dentists. Employees are required to pay a monthly contribution. Eligibility is the first of the month following one full month of service.

AFLAC

RSI offers disability and life insurance through AFLAC. Family coverage is also available. Employees are required to pay a monthly contribution. Eligibility is the first of the month following one full month of service.

Cafeteria Plans

  • Premium Only Plan
    The Premium Only Plan (POP) allows employees to have his or her medical and dental premiums deducted on a pre-tax basis.

401(k)

RSI has a 401(k) Retirement Plan which allows employees to reduce his/her earnings up to the maximum allowable under federal law and invest in the many options available through Charles Schwab. Eligibility is the first of the month following six (6) months of employment.

Employees must be active on payroll for any holiday pay. Employees working on client premises will observe the client's holidays, with a maximum of ten (10) client holidays. Employees who are required to work on any of these holidays specified above will be paid for the holiday and for the time actually worked. Holidays may not be accumulated or carried forward to any succeeding year. During periods of unpaid time off or non-productive status, PTO is not accrued.

Hourly paid employees are not entitled to Paid Time Off (PTO) including holidays observed by RSI and/or clients. Employees should refer to his/her employment contract with RSI regarding any entitlement to Paid Time Off.

New Jersey Manufacturers

RSI employees living in New Jersey are eligible to apply for various lines of insurance coverage through New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Company. NJM’s high standards have earned them an excellent reputation as one of the nation's most competitive and service-oriented insurance companies.


Affinity Federal Credit Union

RSI has teamed up with Affinity Federal Credit Union to offer a great way to help employees manage his or her money better. A few of Affinity’s offerings include free savings and checking accounts, loans, and investments.
